However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund or return an item. Please review our policy below regarding refunds and returns:

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

Upon receiving your refund request, our customer service team will review your case and respond to you in a timely manner. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to be processed and reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Customized or personalized miniatures, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Returns

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and determine if a replacement or refund is applicable.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
